Uh oh, this could be a couple of different things.
- First, try another web browser than the one you're using. If you're using Internet Explorer, try using Google Chrome or Moziila Firefox, or Safari. They're all free to download and use. If the problem goes away, we know it's a browser.
- Second, the "remember" feature of the new School is not tied to a single device, but rather tied to your BabyPips user account. This allows you to use a single user account on different devices, and your progress should "follow" you around. But sometimes, your web browser stores out-dated files from our website on your computer, in a cache, or folder, that it uses to help speed things up when downloading new web pages. Sometimes these out-dated files cause problems. To make sure that you have the newest stuff, it's necessary to clear these web browser's temporary Internet files, or cache, every now and then. - Third, update your browser to the most recent version. Old browser versions can cause problems with our website.

**KNOWN BROWSER BUGS**
- We're aware of a bug in Internet Explorer 8 that might cause your progress to not save. Please update your Internet Explorer browser to v9 or higher.
