How do I clear my web browser's temporary Internet files/cache and cookies?

Internet Explorer 9+

Clearing cookies:

1. Click the Tools menu-- if it's not visible, click ALT from your keyboard.
2. Point to Safety and click Delete browsing history.
3. Choose the Cookies checkbox.
4. Click Delete.

Clearing cache:

Firefox 2 & 3 (Windows)

Clearing cookies & cache:

Firefox 2 & 3 (Mac)

Clearing cookies:

1. Click on the Firefox menu.
2. Click Preferences.
3. Click the Privacy icon.
4. Click Show Cookies.
5. Scroll down and click the surveymonkey.com folder; or click Remove All Cookies.
6. Click Remove Cookies.

Clearing cache:

1. Click the Firefox menu.
2. Click Preferences.
3. Click Advanced.
4. Click the Network tab.
5. From the "Offline Storage" section, click Clear Now.
6. Click OK.

Safari 2 & above for Mac

Clearing cookies:

1. Click the Safari menu.
2. Click Preferences.
3. Click Privacy.
4. Click Remove All Website Data or highlight the cookies that containsurveymonkey.com in them.
5. Click Remove Now.

Clearing cache:

1. Click the Safari menu.
2. Click Empty Cache.
3. Click Empty.

Google Chrome

The following steps clear both cookies and cache:

1. Click the wrench icon in the top right corner of the browser window.
2. Pick the option to Clear Browsing Data.
3. Ensure the Delete Cookies checkbox is ticked.
4. Click the Clear Browsing Data button.
